Sharing

The success of Ireland in Schools depends upon the free sharing of teaching and learning
materials and other resources.

Teachers develop the materials in the normal course of their teaching to deliver the curriculum
and reflect the realities of the classroom.

Then they share them through Ireland in Schools.

All this is done on a voluntary basis.*

If you have any resources on Ireland you would like to share with others, or wish
to develop new resources, please contact IiS.

* How Ireland in Schools works with schools & teachers
1. Ireland in Schools has no overall blueprint to impose.

2.

All teaching and learning materials and strategies are geared to the needs of individual teachers and schools.
3.Ireland in Schools and teachers identify opportunities and resources

4.

Teachers then develop teaching and learning materials, seeking if necessary advice and resources from Ireland in Schools.

5.

Finally, Ireland in Schools prepares materials for sharing with other teachers, schools, and teacher-trainers, etc., all without charge.
