Storyboard, Year 6, Gorsemoor PS, Staffordshire

Miss Potter is a teacher
Who doesn’t like the sun.
She never is on yard duty.
On our class photograph
She stood in the back row
When the photograph was developed
She was gone!

There was garlic bread for lunch,
Miss Potter was furious and rushed

   from the hall.
That only means one thing!
We have a vampire on our staff!!!

I woke up in the middle of the night,

When I had a tremendous fright.

I heard a noise in the house,

It was too loud to be a mouse.

I had to go down stairs,

Or this thought would bring me nightmares.

I pulled down the handle gently,

As the person's eyes glared at me.

I looked up at this weird figure,

As this shape started getting bigger.

Then his teeth came round my throat,

As the blood dripped down my coat.

I felt as if I was getting weaker,

He stored my blood in a beaker.

Then he threw me to the floor,

The bite on my neck was really sore.

The he let go of me,

And walked away rapidly.

The police came not in time,

But they still tried to solve this crime.

Then I heard the phone ring,

I picked it up shaking.

This man said I'll be back for you,

And I'll get your family too.

He said I'll get you in the night,

I'll get you when the time is right.

You think I'm an evil man,

So you better run while you can.

The vampire lurking around all night long

He waits until everyone is asleep

Everyone knows he is just waiting

Vicious and scary he never stops,

In his coffin all day long.

Curious of who his next victim is.

It is only a matter of fact he doesn't

   like garlic and sun.

Only coming out in the night,

Underneath his dusty old cloak,

Shall be a wicked body.

Very ugly and also hairy.

And mean and tally.

Mysterious large fangs,

Piercing through your skin.

In my opinion I am warning your now,

Run away and never look back.

Everytime you hear a noise watch out,

   check it isn't him.
